在永璞咖啡，登上永璞小岛的人都会被赋予独特的岛民身份证，而每一位岛民都将被石端正守护。2023年，永璞总部承载小岛的爱与希望，在上海国际传媒港安家。在全新的办公室环境中，大宛设计旨在创造一个美好而温暖的空间，延续永璞小岛文化的精神理念。
At Yongpu Coffee, those who step onto the shores of Yongpu Island are bestowed with a unique islander identity card, each under the steadfast guardianship of Shi Duanzheng. In 2023, the Yongpu headquarters found its home in Shanghai International Media Port, embodying the love and hope of the island. Within the new office environment, Dayuan Design aims to create a beautiful and warm space, continuing the spirit of Yongpu Island culture.

我们以色彩为主导，将色块以多样的组合方式布局在空间中。经过多轮的精心调整，颜色在不同材质上呈现了丰富的效果与质感，从而构建了一个被爱与温柔环绕的治愈系办公场所。
We take color as the guiding element, arranging color blocks in various combinations throughout the space.After numerous rounds of meticulous adjustments, colors unfold rich effects and textures across various materials, giving rise to an office environment enveloped in love and tenderness—a haven crafted for healing aesthetics.

位于芒果广场的永璞总部，底层设有对外开放的咖啡馆和小石大卖部，由天桥可以直达的空间往上作为办公空间。大宛面临的首要问题是如何在这半开放的办公空间中，自然而流畅地设置访客和工作者的使用动线，避免不同人群过多的穿插。我们提出用层级关系区分每一层空间的功能，随着层数的增加，办公性与私密性也随之提升，不同的色块在其中也进一步定义了每个空间的属性与情绪。
The Yongpu headquarters, situated in Mango Square, features a ground floor housing an open-to-public café and convenience store. The space accessible via a sky bridge extends upward to serve as office areas. Dayuan Design encounters the primary challenge of orchestrating a seamless flow for both visitors and employees within this semi-open office expanse, delicately avoiding excessive overlap among diverse groups. We propose distinguishing the functionality of each floor through a hierarchical structure, where an increase in levels corresponds to an elevation in both office utility and privacy. Various color blocks further intricately define the attributes and emotions of each space, enriching the narrative and ambiance within.

二层的主功能包括为会议区和展示区。经由前台首先入目的是长条型的展示陈列区，墙面以淡黄色为主，线性的绿色元素给了空间跳跃性的感受。
The main functions on the second floor include conference and exhibition areas. The first thing that catches the eye upon entering through the front desk is a rectangular display area, predominantly in light yellow on the walls, while linear green elements provide the space with a sense of dynamism.

会议室的家具和墙面主要采用木饰面，卡座的背部软包用淡黄色增添了轻快感，使得自然质朴和复古的气息相融合。
The furniture and wall surfaces in the meeting room predominantly feature wood veneer. The backrests of the seating, upholstered in light yellow, add a sense of lightness, seamlessly blending a natural, rustic essence with a touch of retro charm.

研发室巧妙地被安置在二层西北角，方便运输大型设备的同时确保私密性，避免外部过多的干扰。
The R&D room is cleverly positioned in the northwest corner of the second floor, ensuring ease of transportation for large equipment while maintaining privacy and minimizing excessive external disruptions.

三层被设定为纯粹的办公空间，工作区域由两个多功能盒相互串联。入口处以前台区域为中心，大宛设计以未封边的多层板侧面作为装饰线条，分割了前台的大面积红色块，呈现简洁而几何感的空间质感。
The third floor is designated as a pure office space, with work areas interconnected by two versatile boxes. The entrance revolves around the central front desk area, where Dayuan Design employs the unsealed edges of layered panels as decorative accents. This design choice elegantly segments the vast red block at the front desk, Presenting a clean and geometrically inspired spatial texture.

作为入口处的第一个多功能盒，这个区域也布局了封闭的小型会议空间与半开放的会谈空间，以满足不同状态下的办公需求。而多功能盒旁边则设有一个全开放的工作区，不仅可以适应多人的工作状态，还可作为讨论桌，为团队提供便利的协作空间。
As the first versatile box at the entrance, this area is designed with a closed small meeting space and a semi-open discussion area to meet various office needs.Adjacent to the versatile box is an entirely open workspace that not only caters to multiple work requirements but also serves as a discussion table, providing a convenient collaborative space for the team.

而另一个以创造为重点的“创作盒”则暗藏了一个全封闭的创作空间（拥有未知的入口，只有内部人员和设计师才能开启)，在其外部则是配备了沙发卡座，为员工提供短暂交流或阅读的场所。同时这里也考虑到了公司的特殊员工——猫咪，我们在墙面采用灰色毛毡，并将书架和猫爬架相融合作为它们的活动区域。
Another creatively focused "Creation Box" conceals a fully enclosed workspace (with an unknown entrance accessible only to internal personnel and designers). Externally, it is equipped with sofa seating, providing employees with a place for brief exchanges or reading.Considering the company's special employees – cats, we use gray felt on the walls, integrated with bookshelves and cat climbing frame as their activity area.

作为以创意作为核心的咖啡品牌，办公区域预留了充足的毛毡背板和白板，促进创作与讨论。这里也可以让员工自由发散灵感，满足兴趣爱好的追求。
Being a coffee brand with creativity at its core, the office area reserves ample felt back panels and whiteboards, fostering creativity and discussions, allowing employees to freely explore their inspirations and pursue hobbies.

四层集接待、直播和会议功能于一体。大宛设计了一条磨砂玻璃分隔的走廊，可以直达创始人铁皮叔叔的办公室，实现了动线分离的同时避免了封闭沉闷的感觉。
The fourth floor seamlessly integrates reception, live streaming, and conference functions. Dayuan Design has crafted a frosted glass corridor leading directly to the office of the founder, Uncle Iron Skin, achieving a separation of pathways while avoiding a closed and dull atmosphere.

铁皮叔叔的办公室选用了可移动电视柜和茶几，圆润活泼的造型为空间增添了柔和与温馨感。这些可移动的家具也打破了传统布局，为空间带来更多可能性。
Uncle Iron Skin's office features movable TV cabinets and coffee tables with a round and lively design, adding a soft and cozy atmosphere to the space. These movable pieces break from traditional layouts, bringing more possibilities to the space.

此外，新办公室的设计从环保可持续的角度出发，尽可能地采用利旧原则。我们在设计初期就充分考虑了尺寸规格，使得原有的家具电器与新空间完美融合。
Additionally, the new office design prioritizes environmental sustainability, employing the principle of reusing materials as much as possible. The initial design phase thoroughly considered size specifications, ensuring the seamless integration of existing furniture and appliances into the new space.

永璞以"On a slow boat to coffee"为品牌简介，员工入职时甚至会收到一张船票。办公室本身其实也代表了品牌的核心之一，这个聚集之地也被亲切地称之为“永璞乐园”。在这里，有太多故事可以探索，有太多细节可以发掘，最重要的是，这里有生活。希望在这个现实空间里，大家一同搭乘恣意悠哉的小船，驶向更远的地方。
Yongpu sails its brand with the motto "On a slow boat to coffee," and upon joining the team, employees are even presented with a tangible boat ticket. The office itself stands as a cornerstone of the brand, affectionately known as the "Yongpu Paradise." Here, a multitude of stories beckons exploration, and myriad details await discovery. Most importantly, life flourishes within these tangible walls. In this real-world space, everyone embarks together on a leisurely journey aboard a carefree boat, sailing towards distant horizons.
